Here are the answers to frequently asked questions

What results can I expect?   Every Jazzercise class combines cardio moves to enhance endurance and burn mega calories, strength training to define muscles and strengthen your core, and stretching to increase flexibility. Through the use of hand-held weights, resistance tubes and balls, you will get a total body workout while blasting fat and having fun!

What if I can’t dance?  The moves are simple enough for everyone to follow. You don’t have to have any dance experience so don’t worry if you miss a step or two. Nobody is going to point, laugh, or look at you funny.  To learn the moves in the privacy of your own home click  click on our workout gal and you'll go to the Learn the Moves area of the Jazzercise website.

When can I start?  You may  start anytime!  Registration is ongoing. Please arrive for your first class about 15 minutes early in order to complete the short health questionnaire before class.

Got the First Class jitters?  You’ll feel comfortable once you step into one of our group fitness classes. Jazzercise is a very welcoming and non-competitive environment. Instructors, as well as customers, are friendly and helpful so you’ll never feel alone.

What do I wear?   Something comfortable such as dance pants and a sport top or T-shirt.  Good, rubber-soled aerobic shoes are recommended. It is best if you change into your shoes once you arrive at class. Only shoes with non marking soles are allowed on the dance floor.

What do I bring to class?   We recommend bringing water in a non breakable bottle with a lid, and an exercise mat.

Can I start any time or are there sessions?
You can start anytime! Arrive to any class at least 15 minutes early to complete the short health questionnaire and get oriented before class.
