Zumba

learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm
and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs, glutes and legs. Zumba

YogaDance - The
calming and energizing effects of the yoga breath, the strength and
flexibility of yoga poses and the freedom to move in dance are fused into
this unique mind-body experience. YogaDance combines traditional yoga
breathing techniques and poses with improvisational dance & movement all set
to exhilarating music that will not only give you a great workout but leave
you feeling empowered, relaxed and rejuvenated.
Ashtanga yoga - A
fast-paced, vigorous, athletic yoga that was first popularized over fifty
years ago by K. Pattabhi Jois. It prescribes a set sequence of moving
postures synchronized with breathing to build heat, cleansing and
circulating the blood more freely. The class will be guided through the
poses in the first series of Ashtanga in the dynamic style of Vinyasa flow.

Sivananda yoga - A
gentle class focusing on the breath and allowing for natural pauses between
the flowing sequence of postures. Sivananda yoga practice includes breathing
exercises, sun salutations, inversions, core work, and gentle back bends.

and movement. An hour well spent energizing your body with a balanced
workout from gentle warm up to muscle strengthening/cardio and deep
