The successful dieters ate a healthy meal like an egg-white omelet and whole-wheat toast. You want to start your day with a combination of complex carbohydrates (think whole grains and fruits) and protein. 62% watch less than 10 hours of TV per week 90% exercise about 1 hour per day - The Surgeon General, and the American College of Sports Medicine recommend that individuals get a minimum of 30 minutes of moderate activity (something that gets your heart rate up to a point of breathing heavily) on most days of the week (5 to 7).
