Formats


Jazzercise fuses elements of jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, kickboxing, and more set  to today’s hottest music including Top 40, jazz, funk, country and classics. Each 60-minute work-out includes warm-up, 30-minute aerobic workout, muscle strengthening using weights, resistance tubes and stability balls and stretch.  A truly effective program for people of every age and fitness level.


Fitness that’s invigorating, not intimidating! This 60-minute class pairs moderate aerobics with exercises designed to improve your strength, balance, and flexibility. Whether you’re a senior, newcomer, pregnant, or prefer low impact, you can’t go wrong with this popular light version of the original Jazzercise program.


Kick up your workout a notch!  These small group weight training and body sculpting sessions are designed to improve strength and tone muscles.  The personalized approach encourages exercise consistency and the attainment o fitness goals.  special attention to movement technique will help you get the most from your Jazzercise workouts.

Class Information

  What to Wear - Any comfortable clothing that allows you to move, such as dance pants, capris or shorts and a sports top or t-shirt. Good rubber-soled aerobic shoes are highly recommended.  Only shoes with non-marking soles are allowed on the dance floor.
  What to Bring - An exercise mat for the floor work, Hand-held weights, Water in a non-breakable bottle with a lid.

For your convenience Mountain Sky Jazzercise has Rykä aerobic shoes, Polar heart rate monitors, exercise mats, X-ertubes and adjustable leg weights available for purchase.
  Amenities -  Mountain Sky Jazzercise has suspended wood floors, lockers available for rental, changing areas, mats, hand weights, and a coat room for your personal belongings during class.
